Fitness Diaries; The Beginning

It is the 1st August 2017. I wanted to give myself a couple of weeks just to settle in with Max and not worry to much about my figure or diet. But as of today that is all going to change and I want to put 110% into this to show my family and be a good role model for Max, that I can be healthy and active all the time.
So as I said in my last post I know that I can't do any exercise for at least 6 weeks which is what I am going to do, so for now I am purely going to focus on my diet and making sure I am getting enough vitamins and water in my system as I should be. But before we go into all the food and stuff I want to do a kind of before measurement so you and I can see where I am starting and hopefully this will be my motivation to keep at it.
My Before Messurements:
Chest: 37 inch
Upper arm(R): 12 inch
Upper arm(L): 13 inch
Waist: 35 inch
Hips: 44 inch
Bum: 45 inch
Thigh(R): 27 inch
Thigh(L): 27 inch
Calf(R): 14 inch
Calf(L): 15 inch
Dress Size: 14
Weight: 12st 10lb
BMI: 30.5

So here are my before mesurements as you can see I have put on a lot of baby weight haha, so my goal is to at least get to the size I was before first and then when I hit that goal to go to 9 stone. Which may take me a long time but there is no rush. I just want to make sure I have enough energy for Max and I have the right vitamins and vital stuff in my body.
I will not be taking diet pills or anything like that as I feel they do more damage than good I just want to do it right, yes it may take a little bit longer but at least I know it is the right and safe way for loosing weight.
