Fitness Diaries; My Goals



Hello My Lovelies :) x


   So as you may know from my previous Fitness Diaries post, I am wanting to get into shape and healthier, not just for me but to show an example to my baby boy. I want to be the best mum I can be and show Max how to be healthy. So you would have seen my before measurements and my before photo (yikes). So now I want to go through what I actually want to achieve, there is no time limit on this I don't care if it takes a year, 3 years or more as long as I know I am doing the best I can for my body that is all that matters.

   My Goals;

  1. Eat a Healthy Breakfast EVERYDAY between 8am - 10.30amI need to make sure I have enough energy for the rest of the day. So having a good healthy breakfast is my way forward (I have a post on my healthy and quick breakfast Ideas CLICK HERE FOR THAT).
  2. Try and do atleast 15 - 30 mins of exercise a day; I have a couple of workout DVDS which I can be doing when Max is sleeping, if not then the house work will definitely keep me active. 
  3. Try going for a 30 min - 1 hour walk daily; if it is sunny or just not raining I want to make sure I am getting out of the house and going a long walk with Max and Molly. 
  4. Get down to 9 st; this is my end goal, I want to start by just loosing the 3 stone I put on during pregnancy so I just need to get down to 10 and half stone first. Once I am there then I can work on getting to 9 stone and when I do get there to try keeping it off. 
   So these are my main goals at the moment. I may add more during my journey but for now these are the ones I need to focus on.
